Welcome to Bella Cleaning Company. By booking our services, you agree to the terms below.
Services
Bella provides commercial and residential cleaning services as outlined in your custom service agreement. We reserve the right to modify service scope based on property conditions and safety considerations.
Scheduling & Access
You agree to provide clear access instructions and any necessary entry codes or keys. If we're unable to access your property at the scheduled time due to circumstances beyond our control, you may be charged a trip fee.
Cancellations
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less notice may incur fees.
Payment Terms
Payment is due as specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees.
Property Condition
You agree to inform us of any hazardous conditions, delicate items requiring special care, or areas to avoid. We're not responsible for pre-existing damage or items not disclosed before service.
Liability
While we maintain appropriate insurance and take every precaution, we're not liable for damage to items not disclosed as requiring special care, losses due to pre-existing conditions, or indirect damages.
Our Commitment
If you're unsatisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours of service delivery. We'll return to address any concerns — that's the Bella guarantee.
Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 30 days' written notice.
Disputes
Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If necessary, disputes will be handled under Tennessee law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
