Founded by Ireland-born, third-generation furniture designer Ciarán McGuigan, The Malin launched in 2021 as a rebellion against transactional coworking. With a flagship location in SoHo, the brand eventually expanded to additional NYC locations before opening in Savannah, Austin, and two locations in Nashville (the newest locations will soon open in Boston and DC).
McGuigan built something rare: a hospitality-first workspace where custom oak millwork, plush furnishings, and artful design create environments that feel more like retreats than offices.
For a brand built on the belief that beautiful spaces make workdays better, choosing a cleaning partner couldn’t be transactional either.
